Service fee is $40.00 US for ALL Brands of scissors, including HIKARI®®

Fee includes insured return shipping to a Salon/Business address by UPS Ground service

Shipping to a Residential address or Home based Salon/Business add $5.00 per package

Expedited shipping/2nd Day or Overnite Return available call or email for details

Rates are for the Contiguous U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico add $5.00 per package

Canada & Other countries, please provide credit card information. Return shipping is Freight Collect
