Scissor Factory technicians do NOT go from salon to salon servicing scissors.
We ONLY service at our factory location in Gardena, California, and offer TO SHIP PICK UP service at a few select
shows. This allows us to spend quality service time reconditioning your scissors.
Always look for our literature and authorized personnel at shows where we do offer
TO SHIP PICK UP service.
Please remember to drop off your scissors as EARLY as possible. The
demand for our service often exceeds what we can pick up to ship at a show, and we
service on a "first come, first served" basis.
